Privacy policy
This site measures how the catalogue is used, and only if you agree to it. Below is what is collected either way, what happens to your details when you write to us, who else touches them, and what you can ask of us.

Who is responsible for your data
This site is run by Eurobert SHPK, Rr. Llazi Miho, Tirana. For anything to do with personal data, write to info@eurobert.al or call +355 69 869 2221.

What the site collects while you browse
If you refuse the consent question, nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookies. We do not build a profile of you and we do not recognise you from one visit to the next.
If you agree, Google Analytics records which pages and which decors are opened, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. We use it to decide what the catalogue should put in front of people. If you also agree to advertising, the Meta pixel records that your browser saw certain pages, so Eurobert's adverts on Facebook and Instagram can reach people who were looking at that kind of material. There are no user accounts and we never learn your name from any of this.
Either way the site keeps a few things inside your browser so the catalogue works: your quote list, the products you looked at recently, your motion preference and your answer to the consent question. They stay on your device and never reach us. The cookie policy lists every one of them.
The contact and quote forms
When you send the contact form or a quote request, the site passes what you wrote, along with the language and address of the page, to Web3Forms, a service that turns it into an email and delivers it to us at info@eurobert.al. The site itself has no server that keeps it: the copy we hold is that email.
If sending fails, the site offers to open the same message in your own mail programme. In that case you send it yourself, by choice, and it does not pass through Web3Forms.
Either way we receive what you wrote: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, your message and the list of products you asked about. We use it only to reply, prepare the quote or send you a sample.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry emails for [retention period — to be supplied] and then delete them.
Who else touches your data
A few services keep this site on the internet. Most of them do not get your name. They get what any server gets when you browse — your IP address and your browser type. The exception is Web3Forms, which receives what you type into a form, and only when you send it.
- Vercel — hosts the site and keeps technical request logs.
- Sanity CDN — delivers the site's photographs and video.
- Google — Analytics and Tag Manager, only if you agreed to measurement. Google is a separate controller for what it collects through them, under its own privacy policy.
- Meta — the advertising pixel, only if you agreed to advertising. Meta and Eurobert are joint controllers for the data the pixel collects, which is what Meta's own terms provide for.
- Google Maps — the showroom map loads only if you ask for it with a click on the contact page. Until you press it, Google receives nothing.
- Web3Forms receives the contact form or quote request when you send it and passes it on to us by email at info@eurobert.al. It receives nothing until you press send.
Outside Albania
Those services sit outside Albania, and what passes through them, whether technical data or what you write in a form, is processed on their servers, inside or outside the European Union.
Google and Meta are United States companies and the data they collect through this site is transferred there. Both rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you would rather that did not happen, refusing the consent question prevents it: neither company is contacted at all.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to info@eurobert.al and we will answer within 30 days.
If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data in Albania. If you live in the European Union, you can go to the supervisory authority in your own country.
The law that applies
Processing is governed by Albanian personal data protection legislation (Law no. 9887, as amended). For visitors and customers in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies as well.
Changes
If we add another measurement or advertising tool, or change how the forms reach us, we will write it here before switching it on and change the date above.
